OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are handmade at time of order and ship 3-7 days after order receipt. Custom orders and diaper bag orders ship within approximately 2-4 weeks depending on availability. We ship USPS Priority Mail. This method guarantees delivery in 2-3 days. We also offer Express Mail for an additional $10 and is guaranteed next day. These options are available on our order form upon check out. We assume no liability for packages lost in transit. For items shipped outside the United States please email us for exact shipping charges.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We are sure you will love your purchase. But, if for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will grant a full refund, minus shipping, upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of the order date (or ship date for custom orders) in unused condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Coco-Bebe.
